Return & Refund Policy
Can I Return A Product Ordered From Www.ayulit.com?
Yes! Should you wish to return all or a part of your order, you just need to let us know within 3 working days from the date of receiving your parcel. You can do that by:
Calling our Customer Support number: (+91) 7023108675. (We work 10 am and 6.30 pm, Monday to Saturday. Except all Gazetted Holidays) or
Writing to us at yakritcare@gmail.com or at admin@herbalbusiness.in
How does the return of Goods work?
There is very simple process for it.
There is a validation process for your return request over phone; we will send you an email authorizing the return of goods with our shipping address.
Return shipping charges will be borne by the purchaser.
Please bear in mind that we should receive the return package within 11 days of us sending the authorization email.
Post receipt of the package, it will undergo inspection. Once approved as an eligible return, we will issue refund or merchandise credit for the appropriate amount.
If however, the return is found not eligible for refund, we will courier the same package back to you.
In either scenario your return issue will be closed within 11 days of our receiving of the return package from you.
Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of your purchase. You can do that by writing to us at yakritcare@gmail.com .
The cancellation will be effective within 24 hours and a confirmation email will be sent immediately.
If we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been packaged / shipped by us, we shall cancel the order.
We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed and shipped out by us.

Refund Policy
Typically refunds are processed in less than 11 working days but in case of payments by Cheque or DD, it may take a few extra days for the cheque to be delivered to your billing address, and for the funds to be credited to your account, once you deposit the cheque.
Product should be unused and should be sent back along with original box, invoice and a copy of the return authorization email.
No refund would be possible for opened products.
NO Refund will be made, for goods bought through special offers.
Refund of essential oil and liquid items is not accepted in any condition.
We will not be liable to refund any processing fees or gateway charges paid by the customer at the time of purchase.
Note:
Jagshree Ayurveda Wellness Pvt Ltd, Bharatpur-321001 will make refund cheques only in the registered name of the customer.
